If you have noticed that your current diet does not seem to be working any longer you may have reached a weight loss plateau that is preventing you from reaching your goal. This can be like hitting a wall and often occurs after the body is subjected to the same exercise, diet and fitness routine.
What is needed to succeed is to make a change. This change can be in the form of exercising more frequently, changing your weightlifting exercises, increasing your caloric intake, or altering your diet.
