My mother has given me a product that is helping me get more protein for my bariatric diet. I have just had a bariatric surgery, and Prosource liquid protein has helped me get a lot of protein into my diet in a nice, low volume. The product’s low volume is great because that means less waste and a higher consumption, but at the same time it doesn’t fill me up or suppress my appetite.
