It’s a clear liquid so it mixes in perfectly with my favorite juice without making it clumpy or thick. It’s not expensive and it tastes great too! I’m so happy with this product and it is so much better than any other laxatives out there. Ever since taking it my constipation has completely gone away. I suggest this product to anyone who deals with chronic constipation as well as I did. It’s such a great product!
