How to quit smoking now, is the question. If you want to stop smoking now and you’ve smoke for a long time you probably tried quitting cold turkey. The best way to quit smoking cigarettes is cold turkey but most people just can’t quit cigarettes with out a stop smoking aid of some kind.
There are many stop smoking programs and stop smoking products out there to help you quit. If you want to stop smoking cigarettes and you’ve smoked practically forever, stop smoking tips aren’t going to help you very much. Quitting nicotine is tough so you need a way to quit smoking.
So what’s the best way to quit smoking for good? Whatever stop smoking program that you think will work for you. There are many different stop smoking programs out there and some are better than others. If you aren’t comfortable looking or feeling weak a buddy type or group probably isn’t for you. Calling someone to tell them how bad I need a cigarette so they can talk me out of it, multiple times per day just isn’t going to happen with me. It’s not one of the ways to quit smoking that will work for me. There is a quit smoking program out there somewhere that will work but I haven’t found it yet.

If you are one of the millions who smoke cigarettes, it is no doubt that these questions have floated through your mind time and again. No matter what approach you take to try to stop smoking cigarettes, one thing I have learned is this: You cannot do it using will power alone. Will power may be a component of the solution, but it does not get to the heart of the matter.
In order to stop smoking cigarettes, you have to cease beating yourself up about it.
Something fundamentally needs to shift in you. The craving needs to disappear. If you have tried being harsh on yourself and that tough approach has not worked, then you have to go easy on yourself. Try going to the opposite extreme and see what happens and if will help to quit smoking.
